Where the commercial model promises a refund before go-live, the applicable refund request should be made before the agreed service is taken live, subject to transaction verification, written commercial terms and mandatory law.
Scope
What this policy covers.
This policy applies to ClassWaze subscriptions and related paid SaaS or service arrangements sold through the official platform, order, invoice or payment workflow.
Charges & checkout
Review the plan before payment.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the selected plan, billing period, setup scope, taxes or applicable charges and final payable amount before completing payment. The applicable checkout, invoice or signed commercial terms form part of the transaction record.
Refund before go-live
The standard pre-activation refund window.
For this policy, “live” or “activated” means the agreed service has been made operational for the customer under the applicable scope, such as the configured website or workspace being made available for normal use. The exact milestone may be stated in an invoice, order form or franchise/commercial agreement.
After go-live
Completed service and consumed setup work.
Once the contracted service is live or activated, the subscription or setup payment is generally non-refundable because the service, configuration, provisioning and related work have commenced or been delivered.
This statement does not exclude a refund, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, nor does it override a specific written commercial commitment that expressly provides otherwise.
Cancellation requests
How customers should request cancellation.
Submit a cancellation request through the official support/account channel and include the account or order reference, registered contact details and a brief reason. The request date and service status may be checked before a refund decision is made.
Customer-caused delay
Delivery depends on the customer's cooperation too.
Delays caused by missing documents, approval, DNS access, domain information, branding assets, KYC, payment confirmation or other customer dependencies do not by themselves mean the service has failed to meet a delivery obligation. The applicable project or commercial timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
Failed, reversed & duplicate payments
Payment status must be confirmed before a refund is considered.
Renewals, upgrades & downgrades
Changing a plan is not automatically the same as cancelling a payment.
Cancellation of a future renewal generally stops the next charge but does not automatically refund a period already paid for. Upgrade, downgrade and proration rules, if any, are controlled by the applicable plan or commercial terms shown to the customer.
Refund process
Requests are reviewed against the actual transaction record.
- Receive the cancellation/refund request through an authorised channel.
- Verify the account, payment reference and service status.
- Check whether the request falls within the applicable refund rule.
- Confirm the decision and initiate an eligible refund through the applicable payment channel.
Processing timeline
Payment providers can affect final settlement timing.
Eligible refunds are normally initiated after verification. The date funds become visible in the customer's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or other payment provider and is outside ClassWaze's direct control.
Third-party and external charges
External services may follow their own commercial rules.
Where a customer separately purchases a domain, third-party software, external API, messaging service or another externally supplied service, that third party's refund policy may apply. Any non-refundable external charge will be disclosed where it forms part of a customer payment or order scope.
Chargebacks & payment disputes
Use the support route before filing a dispute where possible.
Customers should first contact ClassWaze through the official support channel to resolve a payment issue. A chargeback or payment dispute may require us to provide transaction, service-activation and communication records to the payment provider or relevant authority.
Contact & grievance
Use the official support route.
